Mark Fleming, CPCU, CIC, CRM, who previously held the title of Director of Commercial Lines, has been promoted to Vice President of HWP Insurance. Mark has been an invaluable asset to the HWP team since he joined in 2009. Under his leadership our Service Team has tripled in size, gone paperless, migrated to the cloud, off-shored our data entry team and has driven a robust cross-selling program.
Mark recently completed the Florida State MBA program with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance. Mark will continue to run the Service Team for Commercial Lines and sit on the Executive Team to develop strategy, technology, and overall operations.
